1. Provider and acceptance

Services are supplied by Jithin K, Freelance Graphic Designer & Web Developer, based in Kerala, India. A project is accepted when the client approves the written proposal or invoice and the required advance or package payment is received. These terms apply together with that project-specific document. If a project document expressly conflicts with these general terms, the project-specific written agreement controls for that item.

2. Scope, price, and payment

Only the deliverables, file formats, platforms, number of pages/assets, revision rounds, fee, and timeline written in the approved proposal are included. Advertised package prices apply to the listed scope; any ambiguity must be resolved in writing before commencement. Work outside scope, additional revisions, rush requests, paid fonts/plugins, domain or hosting, advertising spend, taxes where applicable, and other third-party charges are not included unless expressly itemised. Additional work will be quoted and started only after written approval. After the project scope and quote are confirmed in writing, an invoice will be shared within two hours. Payments are accepted only through verified payment gateways identified on the official invoice; do not transfer money to personal accounts or use payment links sent through unofficial channels. Never send card PINs, passwords, or full card credentials to the provider. Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms.

3. Project milestones and approvals

Unless the proposal states otherwise, work begins after payment and receipt of the complete brief and required client materials. The provider shares agreed concepts or milestones for review. The client should consolidate feedback and respond within five business days, unless another period is agreed. The schedule pauses while awaiting feedback, approvals, content, access, or payment, and resumes when the outstanding item is received. Milestones and any instalment amounts for custom projects will be set out in the proposal. The client must approve a milestone in writing before the provider proceeds to the next stage where approval is requested.

4. Client assets and responsibilities

The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of supplied text, claims, logos, images, video, music, fonts, product information, and other materials; obtaining all necessary permissions and licences; providing timely, usable assets and access; reviewing proofs; and maintaining copies of supplied materials. The client must not provide material that infringes another party’s rights or violates applicable law. The provider may rely on client-supplied content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legal compliance, or licensing. Delays or rework caused by missing, inaccurate, or changed inputs may change the delivery date or fee, with approval before chargeable work proceeds.

5. Revisions, completion, and handover

Included revisions are limited to the rounds and deliverables specified in the selected package or written proposal. A revision is a reasonable adjustment to an approved direction, not a new concept, expanded brief, or replacement of approved content. Extra rounds or substantial changes require a separate quote. A project is complete when the agreed final deliverables have been supplied and any agreed handover tasks are finished. The client must report a material mismatch with the written scope within seven calendar days of delivery so it can be reviewed; this does not extend the revision allowance. Editable/source files, if not listed in the scope, are not included. Final usage rights or transfer of agreed final artwork take effect after all amounts due are paid. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

6. Intellectual property and portfolio

Each party retains rights to materials it owned before the project. After full payment, the provider grants or transfers the rights in final custom deliverables as expressly described in the proposal, subject to third-party rights and any stated licence limits. Unselected concepts, working files, tools, and pre-existing methods remain with the provider unless separately agreed. The provider will not publicly identify a client or display confidential work without permission. The concept work shown on this website is illustrative and does not represent a client endorsement.

7. Website and third-party services

Website work covers only the development and handover stated in the proposal. The client is responsible for domain and hosting accounts, renewals, backups, legal notices, and ongoing maintenance unless separately agreed. External platforms and services are operated by their respective providers; availability, policy changes, security, and charges are outside the provider’s control. The provider does not guarantee specific search ranking, sales, advertising performance, or uninterrupted third-party service.

8. Cancellation, liability, and contact

Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy below. Either party may pause or end a project by written notice. The client remains responsible for approved work completed and non-cancellable costs up to the effective cancellation date, subject to the stated refund policy. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably outside its control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider’s liability for a claim relating to a project will not exceed the fees paid for that project; this does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Information collected and purpose

When you contact Jithin K or commission a project, information may include your name, email address, phone number, business/contact details, project brief, correspondence, supplied project assets, invoice and transaction references, and information needed to deliver the service. This website’s contact form runs in your browser and prepares an email addressed to contact@jithinsconsole.online; it does not transmit form data to or store it on a website server. If you choose to send that email, its contents are handled by your email provider and then used to reply, prepare a quote, perform the requested services, administer payment/refunds, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing, security, and retention

Personal information is not sold or rented. It is shared only when reasonably necessary with the client’s chosen communication or file-delivery services, payment processors for payment/refund handling, professional advisers, or authorities where legally required. Those providers handle information under their own privacy and security terms. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect project communications and files, but email and internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, PINs, or sensitive personal information in the contact form or ordinary email. Information is retained only as long as needed for the project, follow-up, record-keeping, dispute handling, or legal requirements, then deleted or securely disposed of where practicable.

Your choices and enquiries

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing contact@jithinsconsole.online, subject to legal and legitimate record-retention requirements. You may decline to provide information, but that may prevent a quote or service from being provided. This page may be updated when practices or requirements change; the effective date above will be revised. Contact the provider with any privacy concern.

Before project commencement

A client may request cancellation by emailing contact@jithinsconsole.online before project commencement. Project commencement means the provider has started research, planning, design, development, editing, or other project-specific work after receiving the required brief and payment. For an eligible pre-commencement cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded less a clearly disclosed processing and administration fee of 10% of the amount paid. Any separately itemised, non-recoverable third-party charge incurred with the client’s prior written approval may also be deducted, with an explanation provided. If no work has commenced and no approved non-recoverable cost exists, the refund will not exceed the amount paid minus that 10% fee.

After work starts and after delivery

Once work has commenced, cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a full refund. The provider will assess the completed and in-progress work against the project milestones and payments. Any unearned balance, if applicable under the agreed milestone schedule and after accounting for completed work and approved non-recoverable costs, will be reviewed and communicated in writing. Payments are non-refundable once design drafts, development previews, completed milestone outputs, or final/source files have been delivered to the client, because the digital work has been supplied. This does not affect rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. A client who has not received the contracted service should contact the provider promptly to discuss resolution.

Revisions and how to request a refund

Revisions are corrections or refinements within the agreed scope and included revision rounds; they are not a refund or a substitute for additional work outside scope. Please send revision requests in one consolidated message within the review period stated in the proposal. To request cancellation or raise a delivery concern, email contact@jithinsconsole.online with your name, invoice/payment reference, project name, and reason. The provider will acknowledge the request and explain the assessment. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method where supported, generally within 5–10 business days; the payment provider or bank may take additional time to post the credit. No refund is paid in cash or to an unrelated account.

Digital-only delivery

All services are digital. No physical products are sold or shipped, and there is no physical shipping fee. Deliverables are sent to the client’s nominated email address or shared through a secure cloud download link, such as Google Drive or Dropbox. The delivery format and included files are confirmed in the written project scope. The client is responsible for providing a working email address, checking inbox/spam folders, and downloading and backing up files before any link expires.

Timeline and access

Delivery is generally within 3 to 7 business days depending on the package and project scope, as specified in the approved proposal. Some services or custom projects may have a different written timeline. The delivery clock starts only after required payment, complete client content/assets, and brief approval are received. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays observed in Kerala, India. Client feedback delays, scope changes, third-party outages, or circumstances outside the provider’s reasonable control may extend the schedule; the client will be informed of a material delay. If a download link fails, expires, or access is denied, contact contact@jithinsconsole.online and the provider will restore access or resend the agreed files within a reasonable time.

Acceptance and support

Please review delivered files promptly and report missing or inaccessible agreed deliverables within seven calendar days. This helps resolve transfer issues and does not add revision rounds beyond the agreed scope. Ongoing hosting, maintenance, file storage, and post-handover support are not included unless the proposal explicitly includes them.
